Delivery & Returns

Our aim is to deliver your order to your door within 10 days of receiving your order. Providing all the items in your order are in stock and “available now” this shouldn’t be too hard for us to do…but, we would ask you to allow up to 14 days for delivery as sometimes the post takes a little longer than anticipated, or we’re extraordinarily busy, or something like that! Of course, as soon as your order is ready we will notify you and despatch it.

Delivery Charges

Our standard Delivery charge is £3.95 for UK delivery. If you would like free delivery then you just need to order over £100 from us in a single order and we will deliver for free or if you live locally you can pick your order up from us!

Returns

Your total satisfaction with your purchase is important to us, if you are - please tell your friends about us, if you are not satisfied then please contact us to let us know why.

For those occasions when something has gone wrong and you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange the return. This must be within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and with ALL labels attached. We will then either send you a replacement or refund your card. Unfortunately we cannot refund the carriage cost unless the item is faulty. We recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office should you need to return an item, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on their return journey to us.
